RETURN POLICY

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, OUR RETURNS POLICY ALLOWS YOU TO RETURN ANY ITEMS (EXCLUDING SALE ITEMS) TO KORAL SAGULAR WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM BEING DISPATCHED.

To return an item, please contact us at info@koralsagular.com with your order number and specify the details of the return or exchange.

Upcycled and Jewellery pieces are one-off and custom made therefore, we cannot accept returns of them.

​

Returns are valid if the following still applies:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery date

• In original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition

• Has original tags and packaging

 

Please make sure you:

• Email us that you would like to return

• Put items in original packaging

• Close package + tape it securely and post to return address

 

Cost of return postage is to be covered by customer.

The cost of the return postage will be deducted from the refund value returned to you. 

 

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our returns policy.

 

We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit, when your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued.

 

Once we receive the items, a refund will be issued within 15 days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees can not be refunded.

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME ITEM, SEND US AN EMAIL AT INFO@KORALSAGULAR.COM
